Sal Fulcher: My Psychotherapy Experience
I am an experienced integrative therapist, accredited with the BACP (British Association of Counselling Psychotherapists) and a member of the EMDR Association working in private practise and for organisations since 2011. My main therapeutic approaches are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) & IFS (Internal Family Systems). These models build on the therapies that came before them, use the latest understanding of neuroscience and psychology and are amazingly transformative and long lasting. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge of the models, I can talk you through how they work.
I work with clients with issues including:
Depression
Grief (including traumatic grief)
Low self-esteem
Anxiety (GAD, social anxiety)
Trauma (neglect, emotional, physical & sexual abuse)
PTSD & Complex PTSD
Relationship issues
Loneliness
Self-harm & suicidal ideation
