Often we are too close to ourselves to untangle our knots and heal our wounds on our own. Therapy gives you a safe, confidential space to express what’s really going on for you, with someone who deeply listens and seeks to understand. It's a collaborative process where together we discover the heart of your struggles, honour what you’ve been through and engage with the latest therapy tools to overcome your scars.

I offer a safe therapeutic relationship and a range of psychotherapy techniques to help you feel good and make lasting changes. My preferred therapeutic approaches are now EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) & IFS (Internal Family Systems) as in my experience they offer the most effective and transformative results. These newer advanced therapies, heal your wounds and blocks and permanently change how you feel and act. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard of Emdr or IFS before, I can talk you through how they work.

(I also draw on Meditation & Compassion practises, CBT, attachment theory and Person Centred approaches.)
